This is a set of 56 seamless repeating patterns made from alcohol ink art. There are a few multi-colored versions, as well as a whole bunch of options in different colors and intensities.
You can pick and choose which ones you'd like to use from the pile of JPG files, or you can load the .PAT file into Photoshop to have immediate access to all patterns when you're in the Pattern Overlay section of your Layer Styles panel.
